4) Exercising does not necessarily mean working out at the gym. While for some, the best way to handle stress is to get a good work out, however, you can always consider other less intensive games if you prefer a lighter exercise regime. For instance, participating in outdoor sports like softball, baseball or even football helps to remove some of the pressure that you are facing as your mind is focused elsewhere. An entire hour of physical activity will definitely make you feel better and refreshed. If you are not into sports, consider taking a roll in the park or at the beach.
